Overview
Horizons After-School Program is seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, enriching environment for children aged 4-15. The Program Manager will work closely with the Program Director to coordinate activities, supervise staff, and maintain compliance with state regulations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare, education, or program management.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Experience managing a team or working in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing standards.
