Job Description:
As a member of our Kitchen Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the residents receive nutritious and delicious meals. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving meals following established recipes and portion control guidelines. - Assisting in the planning of menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Communicating effectively with residents and colleagues to provide a positive dining experience.
- Adhering to all dietary restrictions and special requests as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Home Manager.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment preferred, but not required.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn.
