- Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to understand business needs and solution requirements for digital marketing efforts.
- Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutions align with marketing objectives.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, and system integrations.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.).
- Provide support to development teams working on platform integrations and create architecture and technical specifications documents.
- Serve as the day-to-day technical platform subject matter expert to internal and client teams.
- Collaborate with project management to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple platform-related projects.
- Support senior team members during project estimation and marketing technology platform discovery engagements.
- Direct technical implementation of features as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years working with Adobe Journey Optimizer and/or Journey Orchestration, with at least 1 year in Journey Optimizer.
- Demonstrated experience leading 3 platform implementation projects.
- Familiarity with common AJO tasks such as Channel Surfaces, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Audience Definition, and Decision Management.
- Proficiency with JSON and XML.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical staff and business management.
- Adobe Journey Optimizer certification.
- Experience or familiarity with HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding.
- Agency experience with 2 years in a client-facing role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing execution processes and audience segmentation methods.
- Familiarity with various marketing automation platforms and marketing cloud solutions (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Marketo).
