Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager for Media Operations. This remote role is a 6 month contract, offering an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a leading brand's media operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage media budget tracking and reporting
Define and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners
Collaborate with agency partners to streamline processes and develop and implement templates and reporting dashboards
Oversee financial management, billing, tracking, and reporting
Lead DoubleVerify oversight, tracking, and reporting
Manage and support media campaigns as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field
3 years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand
3 years of experience in integrated media planning and buying
Deep understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
