Self-starter with formal organizational change management (OCM) expertise on a system implementation project, ideally in the state and local government industry; consulting experience desired. Brings an understanding of how to identify and evaluate impacts of changes on various audiences. Able to work independently with minimal leadership oversight. Supporting discovery workshops to gather information needed for the deliverables below.
