Developer (MuleSoft & Salesforce)

Are you a talented Developer with expertise in MuleSoft and Salesforce? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on a 6-month contract, working on critical projects that influence technology decisions across the district and the Federal Reserve System. This role offers a chance to lead and mentor others while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

• Resolve complex hardware and software issues, leading efforts to prevent problems.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, setting technical direction.
• Influence technology decisions across the org.
• Develop problem resolutions for application software or hardware as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend new software/hardware, revising system logic and documentation.
• Design, build, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain solutions for new and existing systems.
• Manage changes and problems using standard tools and procedures.
• Authorize high-risk level changes and recommend solutions to prevent system interruptions.
• Lead critical and complex projects utilizing various resources.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and train staff on software/hardware tools.
• Develop and revise department standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and Information Security guidelines.

Skills

• Experience with the Salesforce platform, including best practices and technical familiarity.
• Hands-on experience in developing new APIs, integrations, and automation on Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft development.
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of nine (9) years of relevant work experience, or equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience.
