Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Editorial Asset Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Creative Operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of creative content and retouching processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator for the editorial Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including user account management, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
Collaborate with the Director of Shoot Production to understand upcoming shoots, contract negotiations, and tech contacts.
Manage and maintain tech guidelines and assign shot numbers to final shot lists.
Support the editorial team with the Art Release process and facilitate pre-production calls with techs.
Enter metadata into the editorial DAM upon asset ingestion and manage stock imagery purchases.
Work closely with Creative and Pre-Media partners to ensure they have everything they need to build content and retouch imagery.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in creative services or DAM management.
Deep knowledge of DAM, metadata, and assets.
Experience with Frame.io is a plus.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
Fashion retail experience is a plus.
