Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred2-5 years’ relevant working experience in creative services or DAM managementDeep knowledge of Data Asset Management (DAM), metadata and assetsFrame IO experienceCreative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ways of workingPassion for learning and understanding how to find operational efficienciesExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlinesStrong presentation, communication, and writing skillsFashion retail experienceSenior Editorial Asset Coordinator Responsibilities :
The Senior Editorial Asset Coordinator reports into the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and supports the creative team with editorial imagery management & trafficking. This role oversees all stages of the imagery process post-photoshoot, including ensuring all required files have been received & uploaded by techs, assets are organized appropriately in the editorial DAM, and the tools & teams are consistently serviced. This position plays a core role on the Creative Operations team, ensuring our creative partners are appropriately set up for success as they execute the build of creative content and the retouching processes to support it.
Serve as the editorial DAM subject matter expert & admin, inclusive of :User account managementTroubleshooting user issuesManaging back-end errors and / or outagesOnboarding users to the softwareFeature enhancements, updates and change management with internal & external partnersPartner with Director of Shoot Production to understand the upcoming shoots calendar, contract negotiations and tech contactsManage, own & maintain tech guidelinesAssign shot numbers to final shot lists as an input into the photoshootsAssist team with product tracking and floorset launch timelinesSupport editorial team with the Art Release process via Image Retouching BriefsFacilitate pre-pro calls with techs pre-shoot to ensure on-set partners are tracking to our requirementsEnter metadata into the editorial DAM upon asset ingestionWork closely and collaboratively with Creative and Pre-Media partners to ensure they have everything they need to build content & retouch imageryOwnership & maintenance of stock imagery purchases into & inside of the editorial DAMOwn distro set up and communication of shotlist and final assetsFacilitate internal & external talent (ie. models / photographers) asset requestsCreation of one-pagers, decks, and other requested documents as neededOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
