Opportunity
The Digital Asset Client Experience (“CX”) Team works with a diverse set of clients to bring efficient, modern and scalable Daml and Canton-based solutions for multi-party workflows into production. The CX Team is focused on delivering professional services to support clients in turning business opportunities into active DA product use. CX advises and supports clients and partners throughout the development lifecycle, transforming opportunities into positive business outcomes and long-term, profitable DA relationships.
Our core responsibilities include:
- Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and advising them how to design and implement Daml-applications to achieve them in-line with best practice standards
- Providing leadership to and coordination between teams of engineering, product, marketing, and development professionals
- Understanding and advocating for clients’ product / feature / functionality needs in internal DA product roadmap planning
Digital Asset is looking for a talented, motivated, individual who brings proficiency in offering exemplary professional services with a strong mix of experience in product development, business analysis, agile software delivery, and project management. You are a driver of the development process, correlating and synthesizing information and talents from multiple teams and departments in order to maximize efficiency and intelligent development processes.
Candidates MUST reside within commuting distance to our New York City office for access on a flexible, hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Informing, solutioning, and driving Daml-based solutions with domain expertise and insights from client / industry / competitive analysis
- Working with Sales and clients on pre-sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition from pre- to post-sales engagements
- Delivering CX professional services to clients and partners who are using DA products for their use cases, applications, etc.
- Understanding customer needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders and development professionals
- Leading product and functional aspects of client engagements, incorporating best practices in Daml products, technical concepts, and design
- Provide guidance to ensure that application design and implementation align with both DA and industry best practices
- Managing key clients / partners relationships for the duration of project engagements, including the implementation of solution development plans, handling client-facing support, and owning resolution of client issues
- Owning project management and governance activities for active engagements
- Working closely with clients to understand product feature requests and ensure product development roadmap is aligned, based on its priority and dependencies
Key Criteria
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7 years of product development or application development management and business analysis experience
- Sound understanding of best-in-class enterprise software development and delivery practices
- 3 years of Agile ways of working experience with exposure to Agile SCRUM framework, development, and best practices
- Knowledgeable of the emerging fintech and rapidly changing technology landscape
- Outstanding client relationship skills with the ability to establish oneself as a trusted, empathetic advisor and partner to demanding clientele, as well as influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills, including attention to detail, and the ability to design complex processes and workflows from the ground up while still considering the bigger picture
- Ability to articulate how a specific technology and business process designs align to a business case and achieve positive business outcomes
- Ability to facilitate design sessions with a client, and drive the creation of prioritized implementation roadmaps
- Proven track record of working well with internal and external teams, including developers, engineers, architects, and product managers
- Experience managing vendors and guiding team members across functions to a solution
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects
- Strong project management or program management skills, with an emphasis on technology and thorough, meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to following through both on individual tasks and full projects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively organize and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in providing advisory or consultancy services and/or working at a top-tier advisory firm is preferred
- Adaptable and dynamic problem solver who relishes challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial services domain preferred
- A BS or MS in Computer Science is a strong plus
Pay Transparency: The estimated salary range for this role, based in our New York City office, is $170,000 to $195,000. The range may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
