Program Leader - Executive (Non-Tech)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Leader to manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. This role offers the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and engage with key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective governance and financial management.
• Engage with stakeholders and leaders to provide strategic leadership to project managers.
• Optimize, prioritize, and execute the project portfolio, facilitating the Investment Optimization planning process.
• Define and agree upon program goals, metrics, and objectives with the steering committee.
• Negotiate with organizational managers to initiate or continue programs based on performance and resources.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to stay on track and within budget.
• Maintain financial gating processes and hold project managers accountable to established plans.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive work plan indicating key dependencies, resources, and progress.
• Conduct periodic briefings and status updates to executive sponsors and facilitate discussions to resolve issues.
• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders to achieve program outcomes and goals.
• Propose enhancements to the organization's Project Management Methodology / Framework.
