Project Manager Creative Ops

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team. This role is essential in overseeing the management of Digitally Generated Assets, ensuring that our website is well-supported with high-quality imagery for product launches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Digitally Generated Assets (DGA).
• Manage and maintain relationships with 3D vendors, acting as the primary liaison.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for asset creation.
• Create and manage seasonal digitization lists and support revisions as needed.
• Optimize processes and improve operational efficiencies continuously.
• Track DGA orders and deliveries, providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Handle invoicing and manage feedback loops across teams.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Creative Operations.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce, merchandising, and creative operations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail, fashion, or eCommerce sectors.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for operational efficiencies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
