RPG Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of technology solutions ensuring they meet all functional and operational readiness use cases
• Manage ongoing development, maintenance, and support of existing systems and platforms
• Provide work direction, lead, influence, and offer feedback to team members
• Participate in staffing plans, identify subject matter experts (SMEs), and contribute to performance reviews
• Own technology solutions within the area, including proactive monitoring, alerting, and communication of overall health and future sustainability
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• 5 years experience
• Modern RPG and CL - Good IBMi system skills
• Receiving BRDs and instructions from analysts and developing those instructions. Will also need to do unit testing of their work.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
