What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Desktop Support/Tech position at Horizontal Talent?
Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Desktop Support / Tech to join their team. This full-time, onsite position is based at our client's corporate headquarters and operates between 9 : 00 AM and 5 : 30 PM.
As a Sr. Desktop Support / Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and adjusting to changing priorities in an executive environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively within our client's team.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide VIP white-glove service to executives
Troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac systems
Utilize Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, and Ivanti
Manage time and tasks effectively
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience :
Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Ivanti is a plus
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively
Strong time and task management skills
