Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Manager for Growth Initiatives to bolster their cash product growth. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, robust project management skills, and a proven track record in crafting and managing client-facing communications within regulatory and internal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and execute initiatives that support cash product growth, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Coordinate all aspects of product sales campaign execution, from concept to fulfillment, in collaboration with product managers, marketing managers, and other internal partners.
Write, edit, and manage content and client-facing materials with clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Collaborate with group leaders, product managers, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to create alignment and ensure effective execution of assigned initiatives.
Maintain team project trackers and status updates to support project execution across all growth initiatives.
Manage and maintain a communications library, ensuring content quality, consistency, and regular reviews.
Monitor industry, product, and competitor trends to maintain a high level of knowledge.
Provide effective leadership for assigned initiatives within a matrixed organization that values collaboration and attention to detail.
Communicate and influence across stakeholders to successfully execute projects and initiatives.
Requirements :
5 or more years of relevant experience or expertise in bank deposit products (checking, savings, CDs,) and services.
Exceptional writing skills, with demonstrated success writing and editing website and product materials to deliver messaging with clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
Proven experience managing multiple projects and executing to time-sensitive deadlines by proactively creating and working to project plans and interim milestones.
Strong ability to take ownership of projects and drive execution, including creating stakeholder alignment.
Ability to independently lead day-to-day execution of work.
Investment industry knowledge preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
