Overview: this posting is for a project manager who will report up through the Enterprise PMO and drive our Citrix VDI and Apps migration to Azure Cloud initiative.

Essential Functions:
- Facilitate seamless delivery and drive collaboration across cross-functional global project team
- Proactive leadership and monitoring to identify and mitigate critical path or resource issues
- Manage project SDLC documentation following Allianz standards (i.e. Team Working Agreement, Agile Release Report, Status Reports, meeting minutes, risks, issues, decisions)
- Monitor progress of deliverables, quality, proactively identifying risks, issues and escalation as needed with appropriate leadership
- Create and maintain plan in MS Project Server; includes budget & forecasting, accruals, invoice mapping, and ensuring resources have appropriate time tracking buckets setup to bill time. Project Server is our core resource planning and financial management
- Partner with the team in creating a communication plan that includes stakeholder communication, change management for rollouts, and internal team meeting interfaces
- Partner with functional resource managers to ensure work efforts are effectively resourced
- Follow Allianz release management process to schedule and manage delivery releases
- Interface with stakeholders to manage expectations & escalations
- Guarantee compliance with Allianz delivery processes and standards
Knowledge, Skill & Competency Requirements:
- Strong understanding of citrix virtual apps and desktops, citrix gateway, and virtualization technologies, with hands-on experience in citrix migrations being a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, etc) and the integration with Citrix solutions, including knowledge of IAAS and cloud security best practices
- Basic understanding of networking (VPN, firewalls, load balancers), server infra, and enpoint management to effectively oversee the migration process and coordinate with technical teams
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Project
- Experience in formal techniques of risk management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience collaborating and providing project leadership in cross-functional teams
- Excellent relationship management skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of IT delivery management experience
- PMP certification or other formal project management training preferred
- Citrix VDI cloud migration experience preferred
