Sr. Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data privacy and customer trust.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineering, product, design, legal, and business leaders to ensure successful program completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
• Create prioritization tradeoffs and plans with appropriate milestones for advanced planning and executive buy-in.
• Manage dependencies and risks related to the program, keeping partners and leaders informed of progress or changes.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
• Define and report key results and performance metrics, assessing bottlenecks in work processes to streamline workflows.
• Conduct privacy assessments on product launches by partner teams.

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3 years of experience working directly with multiple software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the privacy domain is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
