Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineering, product, design, legal, and business leaders to ensure successful program completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
- Create prioritization tradeoffs and plans with appropriate milestones for advanced planning and executive buy-in.
- Manage dependencies and risks related to the program, keeping partners and leaders informed of progress or changes.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Define and report key results and performance metrics, assessing bottlenecks in work processes to streamline workflows.
- Conduct privacy assessments on product launches by partner teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3 years of experience working directly with multiple software engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Experience in the privacy domain is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
