Responsibilities
- Develop and support GCP-based Key Management Service (KMS), including scripting automation.
- Provide hands-on engineering expertise for in-GCP SecuPi infrastructure, including Management Server and enforcers/agents.
- Streamline installation and business-as-usual tasks through automation and process enhancements.
- Support systems security, including SSH keys and certificate renewals.
- Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical specifications and project artifacts for systems support.
Skills
- 4 years of experience in a large-scale IT organization.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, Helm charts, Kubernetes/distributed GKE, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and terraforming scripts.
- Proficient in major database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2/UDB, and CloudSQL.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
- Ability to work independently and lead meetings with application and development teams.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SecuPi database activity monitoring software.
- Experience deploying and supporting Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
