What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator -2nd Shift-Skippy position at Hormel Foods Family of Companies?
Required:
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in cold and warm temperatures, lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time and go up and down stairs frequently
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to read and write English
- Manufacturing industry experience and/or great work history
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1yr experience in manufacturing industry or 2yrs in food processing or restaurants
- Food manufacturing experience
2nd Shift Hours: Monday thru Friday - 2:30p to 11p, with relief coverage as required
Entry Pay Rate: $21.68/hr for first 90 days, plus $1.00 shift differential
