What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator -2nd Shift - Skippy position at Hormel Foods?
Required :
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in cold and warm temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time and go up and down stairs frequently
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to read and write English
- Manufacturing Industry experience and / or great work history
Preferred :
2nd Shift Hours : Monday thru Friday - 2 : 30p to 11p, with relief coverage as required
Entry Pay Rate : $21.68 / hr for first 90 days, plus $1.00 shift differential
