RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Data & Analytics Manager Supply Chain will lead the analytics team in designing and developing enterprise-level data and analytics solutions using platforms such as Oracle, Google Cloud, Tableau, and other cutting-edge technologies to drive strategic decision-making and foster business growth. This role demands a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, and a comprehensive understanding of the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing large datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and successfully leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to create analytic tools that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Data & Analytics Strategy Development and Business Partnership.
Formulate a comprehensive Data & Analytics strategy that aligns with supply chain goals.
Provide guidance and support to team members, aiding their professional development through mentoring, training, and coaching.
Manage the entire Data & Analytics portfolio of initiatives for the supply chain domain.
Oversee the entire data and analytics lifecycle for supply chain initiatives from ideation to deployment.

LOCATION : This has a flexible location of Bentonville AR, Chicago IL, Eden Prairie MN, Willmar MN with a preferred location of Corporate Office, Austin, MN.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $120,000-$168,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location. .
