We are seeking a meticulous and organized Human Resources Clerk to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy updates.
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
