Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the daily activities as they relate to the daily production schedule for the Marel (IMP) Vision Cutter
2. Work closely with the W/M Scale Operator & the W/M rotational person to ensure that the orders are filled to meet both internal and external customer satisfaction
3. When orders are completed, this position will work where needed
4. Will be responsible for set-up calibration, etc on Marel
5. Will change programs as products change
6. Will be involved in set-up of new product programs
7. Track weights on weighted product and adjust portioner accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent prior work history
- Able to have or obtain a Hand jack License
- Good communication skills
- Good math skills
- PHYSICAL: Able to work in a 45-degree environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Shop Floor knowledge
- Knowledge of Marel Systems
- Have understanding of HACCP
- Knowledge of product specs
- Previous Jennie-O Turkey Store Evis/Boning/Cleaning work experience

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.27, 6 months $21.63, 1 year $22.08 per hour.
