Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Supply Planning I, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing inventory positions against demand forecasts and developing production plans for internal plants and co-manufacturing partners
* Communicating and executing these production plans to plant schedulers, purchasing, and plant operations management
* Managing inventory levels within stated weeks of coverage target ranges, unless financially beneficial reasons can be provided otherwise
* Effectively planning and communicating with all levels of the organization on production capabilities to meet the current, mid-term, and long-term forecasted growth of the organization
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, or equivalent planning experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, OP (Mainframe), WMS (AS400), Power Point, HDS, and the ability to learn o9 planning system. Strong organizational ability, detail focus, and highly developed interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
