About the Position
The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of materials, and resolving discrepancies in purchasing and receiving.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure timely and efficient receipt of materials
- Resolve discrepancies in purchasing and receiving relating to direct materials inventory
- Entry of transactional data into JD Edwards, Ariba, Excel spreadsheets
- Maintenance of cycle counting schedule
- Entering of work orders, and purchase orders
- Inventory Coordination efforts for Maintenance, including cycle counts, vendor/supplier coordination, etc.
- Physical receiving of inbound deliveries/shipments of inventoried and non-inventoried stock
- Accurate entry of material receipts into system applications
- Preparation and shipping of items for refurbishing by outside companies and packaging materials for outbound shipments
- Maintenance of processes for inbound receiving of packaging and shipments
- Scheduling for Inbound shipments
- Maintenance of purchasing and delivery records
- Coordination with relevant departments on inventory adjustments
- Use of ERP systems
- Vendor communication and product support
