RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Works with an intermediate degree of supervision and / or detailed procedures.
- Performs routine, complex and occasionally highly complex assays in the Microbiology and Chemistry Lab (all activities must be performed in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.)
- Performs other duties assigned, including responsibilities in other areas of Research and Development.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.00 - $17.50 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
Salary : $17 - $18
