Job Description
We are seeking a Part-Time Ticket Agent to join our City Ferry operation in Pierce County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ferry ticket sales and maintain accountability for all receipts.
- Preserve the Steilacoom waiting area to the highest levels of cleanliness.
- Execute daily checks of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Provide outstanding guest service and present a professional level of customer service and appearance.
- Handle money and balance deposits/money bags.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and process calculations frequently.
- Minimum one (1) year cash handling experience and six (6) months customer service experience.
- Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card) and First Aid/CPR Certification.
