Experienced Service Advisor

This is a Monday- Friday Opportunity! * 8 A.M.- 5 P.M. NO WEEKENDS!

Job Responsibilities and requirements:

• Maintain at or above average Key performance indicator assigned by management
• Follow Horne Auto Group Service Drive Sales process
• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service request.
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and developing estimates
• Maintaining customer rapport and records
• Protecting the dealer from all liabilities with proper documentation
• Meeting or exceeding all sales and customer satisfaction key performance indicators.
• Consistently updating your job knowledge, and training certifications set by OEM and dealer.
• Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying descriptions of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records and reviewing with customer.
• Maintain ASR closing Ratio of 30 percent or higher.
• Proper documentation attached to all repair orders; recheck forms, aftermarket warranty authorization forms, we-owes, Driver License and Registrations for Power train claims, etc.
• Must write 12-15 RO’s daily.
• Consistently achieving daily and monthly hours sold objective set by Service Manager, turn in daily hour tracker at 4:45 every day
• Never leave Service Drive unattended during open hours
• Maintain a professional appearance- Tattoos covered, no piercing exposed, wearing approved attire, clean shaven, smell good, no flashy jewelry.
• Reviewing manufacturer recommended maintenance with Customer.

Must have:

2 years Service Writing/Advisor experience is required

Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent customer service skills

Strong written and communication skills

Consistent and stable work history

Valid driver s license and clean driving record

Professional appearance and work ethic

Great organizational skills
