PAY: $60,000-$90,000 per year!

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service request.
- Verifying warranty and service contract coverage and developing estimates
- Maintaining customer rapport and records
- Protecting the dealer from all liabilities with proper documentation
- Meeting or exceeding all sales and customer satisfaction key performance indicators.
- Consistently updating your job knowledge, and training certifications set by OEM and dealer.
Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:
- Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms; clarifying descriptions of problems; checking vehicle maintenance records and reviewing with customer.
- Maintain ASR closing Ratio of 30 percent or higher.
- Proper documentation attached to all repair orders; recheck forms, aftermarket warranty authorization forms, we-owes, Driver License and Registrations for Power train claims, etc.
- Consistently achieving daily and monthly hours sold objective set by Service Manager, turn in daily hour tracker at 4:45 every day
- Never leave Service Drive unattended during open hours
- Maintain a professional appearance- Tattoos covered, no piercing exposed, wearing approved attire, clean shaven, smell good, no flashy jewelry.
- Reviewing manufacturer recommended maintenance with Customer.

Qualifications:
Experience is preferred
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and communication skills
Consistent and stable work history
Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great organizational skills
