Key Responsibilities :
- Employee Relations & Development :
Serve as the primary supporter for internal team concerns and conduct regular check-ins to ensure a positive work environment.
Lead, coordinate, and participate in recruiting efforts, including trade school partnerships and development of training processes and pathways.
Collaborate with department leads to develop, maintain, and continuously improve training programs and knowledge evaluations for positions across the company.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
