Employee Relations Team Lead
We are seeking a strategic leader to head our Employee Relations Team, ensuring the highest standards of fairness, professionalism, and trust in the reporting and resolution process for allegations of employee misconduct.
About the Role
- Develop and lead a highly engaged, effective investigations team, fostering a culture of trust, values, respect, and accountability.
- Lead simple to large-scale, complex investigations from concern intake to resolution, employing a timely, organized, and thorough process.
- Provide guidance on effective investigation approaches, collaborative resource use, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years conducting workplace investigations through the full concern lifecycle from intake to resolution.
- Prior experience leading others and developing a high-performing team.
What We Offer
- Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
- Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000.
