Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a focus on the aerospace or manufacturing industries to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This is a 6-month full-time contract role , with a possibility of becoming permanent. In this role, you will primarily be supporting our Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch operation in Anaheim, CA operation. Training will be onsite full-time and the position will be hybrid (3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote) thereafter.
You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles across engineering, production, and technical operations. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt, is results-oriented, and can manage a full recruitment cycle.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking).
- Conduct phone and video interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Utilize Paylocity as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to keep records of candidates and hiring progress.
- Assist in negotiating offers and completing the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring and employment laws.
Requirements :
The pay range for this role is $27.00-37.00 / hour. Please note that this position is not benefits-eligible.
