Hornig Companies seeks a Portfolio Manager to facilitate property operations in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area.
What will my duties be?
- Day-to-day operations of a portfolio of 25 properties (500 units)
- Marketing and leasing
- Setting rents and renewals
- Manage caretaking, building and grounds, and leasing staff.
- Lease Enforcement
- Managing delinquency
- Managing the process of renovating units and common areas
- Managing vendors
- Proactively manage the physical asset with a concentration on “neat-and-clean” representation
- Proactively identify and manage capital Improvements
- Responsible for the financial health of designated properties
- Strong customer service skills required

What should I bring to the team?
- Able to lift 20 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds regularly
- Able to bend and reach regularly
- Able to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with employees, residents and vendors
- Able to speak, write and effectively communicate
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements
- Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Multi-site multi-housing experience
- AppFolio Plus experience is preferred
- 4-year degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
