Location: Pleasant Grove, UT
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 / year

As a Human Resource Generalist, you will own onboarding, and assist with visa/immigration support and other human resources matters.
What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Manage and facilitate employee leave management which includes tracking FMLA, Personal Leaves, and Legal requirements.
- Own and manage the entire offboarding life cycle.
- Supporting Benefits Management as the initial point of contact for enrollment and employee benefit questions.
- Assist employees and candidates with visa and immigration processes, including preparing and submitting required documentation
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies to ensure compliance with visa and immigration regulations
- Support data collection and management within HR systems for accuracy and process improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or a related field required
- 1-4 years of HR-related experience
- Experience with work visa's preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
