Relationship Manager
Job Summary:
Horsepower Today, LLC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Relationship Manager to develop, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships among external consultants, clients, and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for both our independent contractors and clients. The ideal candidate will foster meaningful partnerships, enhance organizational loyalty, and lead initiatives that promote clear communication and effective collaboration across all stakeholders.
The Relationship Manager will also play a key role in supporting both current and future client relationship managers in delivering holistic first-class service. This includes overseeing the operational aspects of client agreements and optimizing and managing our consultant database.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Company Experience Policies and Procedures:
- Establish clear guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality client experience, including standardized onboarding and offboarding processes for both clients and consultants.
- Create comprehensive onboarding manuals that outline technology usage, support services provided by Horsepower Today, and expectations for ongoing consultant engagement.
Database and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive consultant database using HubSpot or a similar platform to track engagement, project assignments, and availability.
- Recruit prospective consultants and ensure alignment with company values while fostering strong, ongoing relationships with both active and inactive consultants.
Client & Consultant Alignment:
- Participate in prospect and client meetings to assist relationship managers in evaluating project needs and aligning the appropriate consultants with each engagement.
- Oversee successful onboarding (and offboarding) and provide ongoing support for consultants throughout the duration of the engagement.
Internal Collaboration and Consultant Integration:
- Oversee and nurture relationships between internal teams and consultants to ensure seamless and effective collaboration.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal team, ensuring clear communication of expectations, timely feedback, and a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in relationship management, recruiting, business development, sales, client account management or a related field.
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred.
