Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Horton Plaza is an active living retirement community that is currently hiring for a Full-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This position is an hourly and will be scheduled around 40 hours a week. A typical work week would be Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, however, occasional flexibility is highly preferable. This position directly reports to our Assistant Manager and will help with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including A/R, A/P, Resident statements, bank deposits, payroll, new employee onboarding, filing. Experience with Microsoft Office and some accounting experience is required, Sage 50 experience is a plus. This position is also a support position for the front desk staff, giving breaks, lunches and helping with desk coverage on an as needed basis.
