Warehouse Inventory Clerk/Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management systems and possess excellent analytical skills to optimize inventory processes.

Duties

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy and integrity of stock records.
• Checking in shipments of inventory items to ensure accuracy.
• Implement category management strategies to optimize product assortment and availability.
• Support logistics operations by coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
• Engage in data mining activities to identify opportunities for process improvement within inventory management.

Experience

• Proven experience in inventory management or related fields such as supply chain or logistics.
• Experience using inventory management software, preferably Quickbooks.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
