$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement
- You will be working at your own desk with your own computer and phone
- Take incoming calls for customer needs, book service appointments, confirm appointments, and reschedule appointments.
- You will be at your own desk using Service Titan Software. Basic computer and phone skills required
- This will be an in person position at our office in Beachwood NJ
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
- Previous CSR skills are a plus!
- Service Titan familiarity is a plus!
- Basic phone skills required
- Basic computer skills required
