HOS Management, a leading hospitality company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support multiple hotel locations in Brunswick, Georgia.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all properties.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to maintain a welcoming and functional environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and basic carpentry.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability for on-call and weekend shifts as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
