POSITION SUMMARY
The Prepper will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area.
First Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Supplies work stations with raw material as needed.
- Assists in the completion of jobs at workstations.
- Keeps general floor area clear of hazards.
- Grinding - sandblasting
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions
- Good basic math and mechanical skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read a tape measure; pietape.
- Ability to operate a lift truck.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 70 pounds; transfer 50-100 pounds with the help of another person
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, twist, and kneel.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must have good vision - especially color vision due to color coding
Salary : $35,400 - $44,900
