POSITION SUMMARY
A Body Shop Customer Service Specialist is responsible for office support in our Collision Center and is a perfect position for someone interested in becoming a damage appraiser in the future.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Body Shop Customer Service Specialist is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Email correspondence
- Booking and closing repair orders
- Cash-out customers
- Writing purchase orders
- Calling insurance companies regarding payments owed
- Matching insurance estimates to our CCC One estimating system
- Learn Rome Management computer system
- Learn Dealer operating computer system
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

WORK SCHEDULE
Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Part time employees are regularly scheduled for anything less than 40 hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
Salary : $11
