Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented team player to join our Accounting team as a Title Office Clerk!

We are a high volume, multi-franchise dealership in East Rochester and have been in business for over 100 years!
Schedule:
Full-time, 5-day workweek with full suite of benefits. There is some flexibility in work days - Availability is needed on some days until 7pm and some Saturdays will be needed.
OR
Part-time, flexible schedule, to be discussed during interview.
Compensation:
$34,000 - $44,000 annual range for base pay, based on experience level
Monthly bonuses based on performance

POSITION SUMMARY
The Title Clerk verifies and prints all paperwork needed to deliver a vehicle and prepares legal transfer documents for the DMV.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Title Clerk is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
- Accurately preparing all documents related to the legal transfer of vehicles being delivered to customers
- Billing new and used vehicle sales transactions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

WORK SCHEDULE
Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Part time employees are regularly scheduled for anything less than 40 hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
Salary : $34,000 - $44,000
