Job Summary: The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our range of medical services and products. This role involves collaborating with clinic staff, leadership, and external partners to expand service lines, increase market presence, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently to meet business development goals.


Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, community leaders, and potential business partners.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings with healthcare providers, administrators, and other key decision-makers to promote our services.

  • Work closely with leadership and clinical teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including event planning and outreach programs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility.

  • Coordinate and track business development efforts, maintaining accurate records of interactions, proposals, and partnership agreements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new business relationships.

  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.

  • Performs other duties as assigned. 



Education/Certifications/Licenses

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.


Experience

  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
