Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license
- BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Nursing management experience preferred
- Charting and incident reporting
- Narcotic counting and pharmacy orders
- Documenting patient condition changes
- Utilizing Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring
- Notifying departments of patient changes
- Rounding with physicians as needed
