Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Administers medications or starts intravenous fluids, noting times and amounts on patients charts (only if IV Certified).
• Observes patients, charting and reporting changes in conditions such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and takes necessary actions.
• Answers patients calls and determines how to assist them.
• Measures and records patients vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Provides basic patient care or treatments,
• Works as part of a health care team to assess patient needs, plans and modifies care, and implements interventions.
• Evaluates nursing intervention outcomes, conferring with other health care team members.
• Assembles and uses equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, or oxygen suppliers.
• May train new employees and Medical Assistant students.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

Required

• Postsecondary certificate from vocational school or Associates degree in nursing required.
• Current Wyoming licensure required.

Experience

• Three to five years of experience in an LPN role.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of nursing and health care terminology.
• Excellent patient care skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
