Are you a wine enthusiast with a knack for exceptional hospitality? Hosmer Winery, a premier destination on the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and soak in the Finger Lakes wine scene!

As a Lead Tasting Room Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience—guiding visitors through elevated tastings, sharing your enthusiasm for wine, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This part-time role (3-4 days a week) offers flexible hours based on visitation and starts at $15.50/hour plus tips—with potential adjustments based on experience and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, personable, and eager to create unforgettable experiences
• Detail-oriented and committed to top-notch customer service
• Open to learning about wine (prior knowledge is a bonus, but not required!)
• Comfortable engaging with guests and leading tastings
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, educational, and fun wine tastings
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
• Handle cash and register transactions with accuracy
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room
• Follow guidance from the Tasting Room Manager to ensure smooth operations
