Job Title: Tasting Room and Bistro Supervisor

The Tasting Room and Bistro Supervisor will be responsible for training, inspiring, and leading our service team to create exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest. Achieving this goal will require:
- Tasting, retail, and bistro spaces look beautiful and clean throughout the day
- The tasting room team has all that they need in terms of materials, resources and training to provide guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- The bistro service team is well-informed and equipped to provide customers with an elevated and inspired experience.
- The nuts and bolts of inventory, stocking, register management and displays are attended to and run smoothly and efficiently.
- The service team is supervised and supported throughout the workday to ensure that operations and service run smoothly, while also keeping staffing levels appropriate
This position is one that offers an opportunity for learning and growth. Supervisor works closely with the management team and plays a pivotal role to support the Owner & Founding Winemaker in delivering experiences that support the goals and philosophy of Red Newt.
Mastery in areas of leadership, staff management, accountability, and service leads to the opportunity for senior level management role with Red Newt Cellars.
