Duties & Responsibilities :
- Tailored care plan to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and family members.
- Reviews medical records and assesses medical review standards to determine the overall health of the patient and evaluate treatment needs.
- Determine if patient treatment is consistent with the overall symptoms and diagnosis.
- Create detailed patient status reports and evaluate findings.
- Develop treatment and possible discharge plans that include patient and facility expectancies.
- Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive, routine admissions, and as-needed visits to patients.
- Collaborates with clinical staff and case manager to coordinate patient care.
- Works with healthcare providers and medical directors as needed to discuss member care being delivered, approve medical determinations, or provide recommendations based on requested services and concurrent review findings.

Pay Range : $93,600 - $101,920 annually (Persons who are hired may be required to pay union dues / service fees).
