On-Site Call Center Triage Nurse - Evening/Night/Weekend Triage Nurse

Because of our rapid expansion and secure financial strength, Cornerstone Hospice, a leading non-profit hospice, is expanding our highly acclaimed Triage Call Center.
We have immediate full-time openings for Evening/Night/Weekend Triage nurses working out of our main administrative office in Tavares, FL. Cornerstone offers an excellent range of company benefits.

· These positions offer full-time, evening and night hours during the week and day/evening/night hours on weekends.
· You’ll triage inbound calls, responding to emergent and non-emergent patient inquiries.
· You’ll refer patients to appropriate physicians or field nurses, as needed.
· You’ll educate patients and family members on care.
· You’ll document detailed records of calls, in a user-friendly, state-of-the-art EMR system.
Job Requirements
· Active Multi State RN license and BLS certification
· At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
· Experience in telephone triage and/or hospice nursing is preferred, but will train.
· Experience in entering clinical notes in an EMR system.
