Duties

- Provide crisis management support to individuals in distress.
- Offer counseling services utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist patients and families in navigating healthcare systems and accessing community resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress notes.
- Engage in ongoing education regarding best practices in social work and patient care.
